Full highlights from Gayle and James’ terrific wedding day at Broxmouth Courtyard. My first visit since all the amazing additional space has been created and it’s a properly perfect location for a wedding. Loads of fun on the day and loads of awesome couples footage working alongside David Grant Simpson Photography.
With a little bit of a break between finishing up last years edits before the new season gets fully underway, I thought it was about time that I shared an example of a stunning highlights sequence from The Pindrop package.
We had an amazingly beautiful September’s day for Hannah and Eddies epic wedding at Rufflets country House which meant we were treated to a gorgeous outdoor ceremony. A fantastic day all round with a fab bunch of friends and family. Lovely. working alongside Corrine Moffat on photo duty.
Stopping by to share the full highlights of one of the first weddings of the year. I’m looking just to share more of the full highlights here from now on. The teasers are ace but always good to see the full highlights film I think.
This one is thanks to Holly and Michael who were married at the awesome Drumtochty Castle. A really stunning venue tucked in the countryside just south of Aberdeen.
After speaking to Holly on the phone before she booked, I knew this was going to be a fun day. It’s not everyday you chat to a stranger on the phone and just end up having a general conversation for half an hour :)
The day started off with the boys clay pigeon shooting just down the road whilst Holly and the girls got ready in the awesome bridal suite of the castle. A fab ceremony was to follow with friends providing a unique music touch during the signing of the register.
Got some pretty damn magical drone footage from the couples shoot and Holly and Michael did brilliantly to brave the February temperatures.
All topped off but a proper party to kick start the night. Amazing day!

Another wee teaser trailer from a properly awesome wedding day featuring the properly awesome Hailey and Sam. My first Jewish wedding in many years and hopefully the next one will come along a lot sooner. Massive party vibes!
The fab setting of Colstoun House was a real treat and I certainly got my steps in on this day and it was Lovely to be working alongside Wonderful and Strange on photo duty. Hopefully we will cross paths again in the not so distant future.
We got the weather for a great outdoor ceremony expertly handled by Rabi Adam and were treated to some magic singing from Rachel.
Don Kipper knocked it out of the park all day on the music front and the dancing was epic.
Must also give Hailey’s dress a proper mention. She designed it herself and what a job she did. Stunning and unique.

Lovely start to the day with some super fun preps and lots of laughs. Stopped off to grab some drone footage of Pittenweem harbour which looked fantastic in the April sun before making my way to to the awesome The Cow Shed Crail. A cracking DIY barn venue.
Ace ceremony delivered by Dorothy Nowak Humanist Celebrant before a sun drenched drinks reception but I'll let the vid fill in the rest.
Lovely to be working alongside Neil Thomas Douglas Photography again.
New teaser trailer. Rachel and David
Lovely to be back at Pratis Barns and a treat to see the house beside the venue up and running and looking fantastic. Bride and groom preps in the same house.....what a dream
Absolutely belting day kicking of with a properly lovely ceremony courtesy of Kathryn Hanson Celebrant followed by a glorious spring day ideal for drinks and some proper nibbles.
Managed to squeeze in two couple photoshoots so got the drone up and running for the second one and always a pleasure to be working alongside Sarah from Joy Story who was helped out by Lauren Stirling Photography.
I'll also share a wee glorious reaction snippet from the best mans speech on the socials soon. Gold.
Thanks Rachel and David!
Stopping by to share another full highlights film, this time courtesy of Nadine and Dan from last year.
My first trip to Cairns Farm Estate and to say I was impressed is an understatement. Cracking barn style venue and everything has been thought out brilliantly and it was a dream to film here. They have properties just a minutes walk away from the main venue where the whole bridal party can get ready. The Farmhouse in particular is stunning. Speaking of which, we had a lot of fun during the morning preps and it was so chilled.
A lovely big and bright room was a fitting setting for the ceremony which had plenty of laughs as well as a lot of heart. The party did not take long to start after that’s for sure :)
A cracking set of speeches was followed by a pretty wild singing waiters appearance with everyone dancing on their sets and just getting fully into the swing of things. We managed to fit in a second couples shoot after dinner as the light had just started to turn to a lovely soft glow. Perfect time to unleash the drone.
Sparklers and champagne to finish. Magic.

Nicola and Andrew's wedding at the beautiful Logie Country House was nothing short of awesome! From the stunning venue to the great speeches and quality party.
One of the most memorable moments of the day was when Nicola's sister delivered a reading during the ceremony that left everyone in tears. Her heartfelt words were a beautiful tribute. After the ceremony, the party really got started
A super fun part of the night was when guests were given sparklers to light up the night sky. It was a beautiful sight to see everyone waving their sparklers and dancing together, creating a magical moment that will be remembered for years to come.
Congratulations and thanks for having me!
The day started with Sophie's preparations in the West End of Edinburgh, where she and her bridesmaids were getting ready for the big day. With a bit of Tiktoking thrown in :)
The wedding ceremony took place at Barnbougle Castle, which provided a stunning backdrop for the occasion. During the ceremony, Sophie's grandad read a beautiful self-written poem that he had composed especially for the couple. The poem was a touching and funny tribute to the couple's love and commitment to each other.
After the ceremony, the couple and their guests enjoyed a stunning photo shoot on the beach at Barnbougle. This was loads of fun which you can see from the vid.
The reception took place in the stunning banqueting hall at Barnbougle Castle, where there was a great set of speeches from the couple's loved ones. The speeches were heartfelt, funny, and touching, and they perfectly captured the joy and happiness that was present throughout the day.
Sophie and Ryan's wedding day was a beautiful celebration of their love and commitment to each other.
Victoria and Ali tied the knot on a beautiful summer day in St Andrews, surrounded by their family and friends. Their wedding ceremony was held at Kinkell Byre, a stunning rustic venue that provided the perfect backdrop for their special day.
Ali and his groomsmen arrived in style in a stretch limo with Victoria and her bridesmaids arriving shortly after in a vintage car, which added a touch of elegance to the proceedings.
The couple exchanged heartfelt vows, and there were plenty of tears and laughter from their loved ones. It's clear that Victoria and Ali are deeply in love and committed to each other, and this was reflected in the lovely words spoken during the ceremony.
After the ceremony, the couple and their guests enjoyed a lovely summer day at Kinkell Byre. Beautiful surroundings, including the picturesque countryside and the stunning rustic architecture of the venue made for an awesome couples shoot. Perfect.
